Tender marinated white shrimp broiled with roasted garlic, fresh Roma tomatoes, white wine, lemon and shaved basil with a golden bread topping.

Salmon Rustica

Sweet water Salmon filet dusted with fresh herbs and baked with fresh tomatoes, roasted garlic, tender shallots and finished with a touch of lemon butter sauce and served with rice pilaf and chef’s vegetables.
