Having worked for City of Margate Public works for over 23 years, Gary has made one of the most challenging decisions of his life. He has partnered up with Executive Chef Thomas to full fill a long time dream of owning a full service Italian restaurant.

Gary comes with an extensive background as the Roads Forman for the city among many other hats he has worn during his 23 year career with the city, and has developed many close and personal friends.

He alone comes from a very large Italian family with 3 other brothers.

Gary is currently married to his wife Cyndie and they have  two daughters Trystan, Chelsi and a son Gary Jr.

 And as you know Italians love to eat, especially on Sunday's.

With high hopes, faith and expectations, Gary wishes to see all his close friends, collegues and new friends at Trattoria Bella Cibo.

As far back as I can remember, it all started when I was a little boy.

I now enjoy whey my family tells stories about the days of all my cooking ventures. My Aunt tells the story about the day that she walked into the kitchen and she saw me trying to reach the top of the stove and cook some scrambled eggs.

She was the one that always said "He is going to be a  chef one day"

I worked in small restaurants all over Long Island, until one day one of my friends noticed  how good I was at cooking. He had mentioned a school  located up state N.Y.  and he suggested that I check it out. Not to mention that I fell in love with the school I also graduated from it. The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. 

About 25 years have gone by and I am still cooking better than ever. I worked as the Executive Chef for many hotels including the Marriott, Sheraton, Helmsley Palace, N.Y. Hilton and many more to mention.

But now I have found my true love and a  place that I can call home.

Trattoria Bella  Cibo is a concept which has taken me many years  to develop just like my Cook Book "Secrets of a Chef".

 I have carefully planned the menu along  with my secret recipe's which I am sharing with you to give you the best of the best.

I promise to deliver what other Chef's don't. 

You can come in and taste why we are determined to be the leaders in the Italian dining experience!

Take  25 five years of me and 23 years of Gary and you have the perfect recipe for a  great family restaurant.
